Your name, email address and profile picture from Google or Microsoft. Your appointments (doctor, date, time, type and reference number). For doctors, the profile details they enter. For security, we also store your IP address and browser type with your sign-in session.
Passwords, symptoms, medical notes or card details.
One cookie keeps you signed in for up to 1 day. A short-lived cookie is used while you sign in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
The site only works over HTTPS. Sign-in tokens are stored as hashes, not in plain form. Sign-in attempts are limited to stop misuse. Data is stored in London, UK.
